Giving Tuesday 

Many of you know (or maybe you don't) that we are missionaries with Youth With A Mission or YWAM for short. I lead a worship school, in Kona, with our University division called University of the Nations. It runs three times a year and we send teams to field assignments all through out the world. They lead worship, distribute Bibles, engage in street evangelism, intercessory prayer, training, and more. We have seen much fruit in the last 8 years. 10's of thousands of salvations, healings, recommitments, new scripture songs written and recorded in newly translated languages, and our family has personally delivered Bibles to villages (in Myanmar) who had just recently had the Bible translated into their languages. We do all this work through the generosity of many.  I do not receive a salary from YWAM but fundraise every year to make ends meet for our family and for the ministry. We diligently do this work because we believe... 

Everyone on earth has the right to:

• Hear and understand the gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Have a Bible available in their own language.

• Have a Christian fellowship available nearby, to be able to meet for fellowship regularly each week, and to have Biblical teaching and worship with others in the Body of Christ.

• Have a Christian education available for their children.

• Have the basic necessities of life: food, water, clothing, shelter and health care.

• Lead a productive life of fulfillment spiritually, mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically.

We've commit ourselves, by God’s grace, to fulfill this "Christian Magna Carta" and to live for His glory. 

So on this Giving Tuesday, would you consider giving to this meaningful work? May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord make his face shine upon you, and be gracious to you. May the Lord lift up his countenance upon you, and give you peace. Amen.
